Renegotiating the almost 25-year-old NAFTA trade agreement has been a priority of the current U.S. administration, and after a lot of back and forth negotiations between the US, Mexico, and Canada over the past year, a new agreement has been reached which is set to be signed soon. What’s changed? How will these changes impact companies, particularly those that trade with Mexico? What actions should shippers take in response?
