- $60.00 was the most common hourly detention charge for Q2.
- While 72 hours of free time is the still the common practice for detention with power, this has dropped by 2% from Q1 as more shippers are beginning to allow 48 free hours.
- $100 + LH RPM continues to be the best practice for Reconsignments, however, lower starting base rates as low as $35 have emerged.
