Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers were ranked one and two respectively.
Companies were evaluated on four criteria: Having a formal leadership process in place; the commitment level of the CEO to the leadership development program; the depth of the leadership funnel as measure by the percentage of management positions filled by internal candidates; and, the number of other companies that report recruiting from the company being evaluated.
