Current Insurance Requirements to become a Transplace Carrier

Level 1 - Carriers must carry a minimum of $1 Million in General and Auto Insurance, $2 Million in General Aggregate, $250,000 in Cargo Insurance and where applicable, Employer Liability of $500,000 for Bodily Injury and Workers Comp Insurance.
**Some of the current accounts that require this level of insurance are Office Depot and Circuit City

Level 2 - Carriers must carry $1 Million in General and Auto insurance, $100,000 in Cargo Insurance and where applicable, Workers Comp Insurance.
**Some current accounts that require this level of insurance are AutoZone, DirecTV and Sunny Delight

Level 3 - Auto liability of $750,000, Cargo liability of $50,000 and where applicable, Workers Comp Insurance.

To become a contracted Transplace carrier you must meet one of the above insurance qualifications; if such qualifications are met we ask that you contact our brokerage division at 479-770-7990. Once a load is found for you to cover we will then require you to complete our contracting process. Our standard contract can be sent to you after discussion of your company needs and how well we can fulfill capacity needs for both you and our shipping customers.
